Lagos East Senatorial District Unity Cup: Excel FC, Ogunade Boys FC Qualify For Semi Finals -

Excel FC and Ogunade Boys FC on Monday, January 5, 2018, booked their places in the semi finals at the Ikorodu Centre of the on going Lagos East Senatorial Unity Cup tagged, ‘Osinowo Gold Cup’.
While Excel FC defeated Ikosi-Isheri FC 3-2 via penalty after playing a goalless in the regulation time, Ogunade Boys beat Victory One FC two goals to nil in the last two quarter final matches played at the Police Barracks Playing Ground in Ikorodu.
Wahab Lawal ( number 8) and Eremiye Emmanuel (number 12) scored the two goals for Ogunade Boys in the 20^th minute and 50^th minute respectively.
In the semi final matches that have been scheduled to be played on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, Efour FC would play against Excel at 1pm while Golden Dollars FC would play against Ogunade Boys by 3pm at the Police Barracks Playing Ground in Ikorodu.
Winners of the semi final matches at the Ikorodu Centre of the tournament would represent Ikorodu in the sensational finals in yet to be named venue in Lagos.
